Poem with a Twist

Room 2 children enjoyed writing Poem with a Twist this week. Here are some of their poems for you to share:

Wind

Ready for rain,
Blowing hard,
Wrecking houses,
No sky!

Clown

Putting his make up on,
Getting his costume,
Putting his red nose on,
No crowd!

Mouse

Ready to eat,
Licking his lips,
Being sneaky,
No cheese!

Cow

Ready to milk,
Suckers out,
Cow's scared,
No udder!

  1. What great poems Room 2. I Think you've been very clever putting a twist on the end of your poems. I really enjoyed reading them.
